Shipping Information:

Fins Unlimited strives to ship your order in a timely manner. Our usual ship time is 4-7 business days from the date your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, due to color or size, shipping times can take up to 10 business days. If a product is in stock usual shipping times are 24-48 hours after order has been placed. Tracking numbers will be provided for your reference. All shipments are insured for the value of the product. International orders are subject to the US Postal Service shipping time guidelines.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds will be given on returns within the first 30 days less freight charges. Product must be returned in new unused condition with an RA number attached. Please e-mail returns@finsunlimited.com or call 760-753-0255 M-F 9a-5p pst for your RA number. If you would like to exchange your product for another please e-mail exchanges@finsunlimited.com.

All warrantee items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion for the exact product or a similar product of the same price and color. Warrantee covers normal wear and tear. All warrantee claims determined to be outside normal wear and tear will not be honored, these include but are not limited to, running into sand, rocks, or debris of any kind or changing the shape or contour of the products. Cancellations must be sent before product has shipped. You can e-mail your cancellation to cancelmyorder@finsunlimited.com please provide a brief description of why you are cancelling your order.
